Career Services for Alumni

Thinking about a career transition? Lifelong career development opportunities to advance or alter your path are offered from the Career Services team. We are always eager to help former students achieve their goals.

Services and opportunities include:

Career development and counseling appointments: If you need additional career guidance post-graduation, our career services team is available for one-on-one appointments.

Access to Handshake, our online job portal: This free online career management resource allows you to look for and/or add job postings of interest to Brown School students and alumni. More information on how to access Handshake is below.

Alumni Academy: Help current Brown students chart their ongoing career paths, identify their skills and learn how to network. When you commit to volunteering two hours a month with Career Services, you will receive opportunities to examine your own career, complete valuable self-assessments and trainings, and network with other alums in the area. Please contact careerservices@brownschool.washu.edu to join the Alumni Academy or learn more at one of our training sessions.

Set up your Handshake account:

Through the Brown School’s free online career management resource, you can upload a resume, apply for opportunities posted in the system, post a job from your organization, book an appointment with Career Services, and learn about upcoming events.
