The article appears in the December 2021-January 2022 edition. The article concentrates on the school’s work on health-focused research and implementation science and features excerpts from interviews with current and former faculty members and staff, including: Mary McKay, former dean and current vice provost of interdisciplinary affairs Matt Kreuter, Kahn Family Professor of Public Health. Kreuter is the founder and senior scientist of the Health Communication Research Laboratory. Enola Proctor, former Shanti K. Khinduka Distinguished Professor and current director of the school’s Implementation Research Institute (IRI). Sarah Malone, MSW ’14 and current PhD student at the Brown School.
